Fifteen minutes, one pass. We read every application by hand before it goes anywhere, so it is worth being accurate rather than quick.

What you are applying for. A place on a twelve-month Thai language course at our partner school. That enrolment is what an education visa is granted against — the visa itself comes from Thai Immigration, and no school can promise one. Thai government fees are paid by you directly to Thai Immigration. Your first 90-day extension of stay is covered by us; the three that follow in the first year are 1,900 THB each.

Spelling, order of names, everything. If your passport says JONATHAN and everyone calls you Jon, write Jonathan — a mismatch is the single most common reason paperwork comes back.

A photograph taken on your phone is fine, as long as it is sharp and the whole page is in frame — it is resized automatically, so a big picture is no problem. These are stored privately, are only ever seen by the school and our partner language school, and are deleted after 12 months.
