Plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect the details you enter — your name, contact details, your child’s first name and date of birth, where you are based, and anything you write in the message field.
We also record which page the form was submitted from and how you arrived at the site, so we can tell which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess availability for your child, and to arrange a visit. That is all.
If you ask to hear from us about school news or relocating to Krabi, we will use your email for that until you tell us to stop.
Children’s information
We collect the minimum needed to answer an enquiry — a first name and a date of birth. Full enrolment records are handled separately, on paper and in the school office, not through this website.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by the school staff who need to see them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
The site is hosted by a third-party provider and uses third-party services for email delivery and website analytics. These providers process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are kept for two years and then deleted. Records for enrolled children are kept for as long as required by Thai law.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
This site is operated in Thailand and we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Cookies and analytics
We use website analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We do not use advertising cookies.
