What this is
A Thai course that comes with a visa, not a visa with a course attached
Thailand grants an education visa to people who are genuinely studying. So the thing you enrol on is a twelve-month Thai language course at a Ministry of Education accredited school we work with — and being a student on it is what makes the visa available to you.
We put the whole year together as one programme: the tuition, the application, the administration, the extensions as they fall due, and the Daisy Chains enrolment letters that go alongside it all. One price, one conversation, one person to chase when something needs chasing.
What we cannot do is grant you a visa. Nobody at a school can. Thai Immigration decides every application, and any school telling you otherwise is telling you something worth walking away from.

How it works
Six steps, and we do most of them
Two are yours, two are ours, one belongs to the language school and one belongs to Thai Immigration — which is the part everybody wishes were otherwise.

The programme is for Daisy Chains families, so a confirmed school place comes first. Everything else is built on that enrolment.

One form: which parent would study, when you are arriving, your passport, and your history with Thai immigration. About fifteen minutes.

We read your application
Every application is checked by hand. If something is missing, or your circumstances make this route unlikely to work, you hear it then — before any money changes hands.

You pay us directly
Once the application is accepted, we confirm the cost and take payment directly. Nothing for this programme is charged through the website.

The partner school files the application
They issue the acceptance documents and lodge the application. We provide the Daisy Chains enrolment letters that go alongside them.

You study, and we handle the renewals
Classes run across the year and the extensions are managed as they fall due, so nothing creeps up on you.
Before you apply
The parts worth reading twice
Set out here rather than buried in terms, because these are the things that decide whether this is right for your family.
You are expected to attend
This is a real course with real classes, and you are expected to attend them. That is not fine print — attendance is what makes the visa legitimate, and schools that treated it as a formality are the reason the rules tightened.
If the application is refused
If Thai Immigration refuses the application, we refund the package minus tuition already delivered and any fees already paid to the authorities on your behalf. We will show you the breakdown rather than simply naming a figure.
Not included
- Travel to and from the language school
- Any visa run or border crossing, if your circumstances need one
- A second parent — a second place is priced separately
- Thai government fees after the first extension — the 1,900 THB every 90 days from the second one onwards, the visa fee at the embassy, and any re-entry permit. Those are paid by you, directly to the authorities. The table below sets out every one.

The fees that are not ours
These go to Thai Immigration or a Thai embassy — not to Daisy Chains and not to the language school. They are separate from the course, and they are yours to pay.

Overstaying
500 THB per day, capped at 20,000 THB. Overstaying also carries re-entry bans at longer durations, and it is recorded against you. It is not a fee to budget for; it is a thing to never do.

We are taking your money for this, which makes it more important to be clear about what it does and does not buy — not less.
- We do not issue or grant visas. Thai Immigration does, and only Thai Immigration does.
- We do not guarantee approval, a timescale or an outcome.
- We do not give legal or immigration advice — for that, use a Thai lawyer or a licensed agent.
- We do not sell a visa. We sell a year of Thai tuition that makes one possible.

What parents ask before applying
If yours is not here, ask us. We would far rather answer it now than have you find out afterwards.
Am I buying a visa?
No, and be wary of anyone who says you are. You are enrolling on a twelve-month Thai language course. Being a genuine student on an accredited course is what makes an education visa available to you, and the package price covers that application and its administration. The visa itself is granted by Thai Immigration and by nobody else.
How do I pay?
Directly with the school, after we have read your application and confirmed the cost. Nothing for this programme is taken through the website — deliberately, so that nobody pays for a route that was never going to work for them. School fees are separate and can be paid online.
What does the government charge on top?
Your first extension of stay is covered by us. After that the fees go to Thai authorities and are paid by you: 1,900 THB for each 90-day extension at Krabi Immigration — three more across the first year, so 5,700 THB — plus 2,000 THB for the visa itself if you apply at an embassy abroad. The 90-day report is a different errand and is free if you file it on time. A re-entry permit, if you leave and come back, is 1,000 THB single or 3,800 THB multiple.
What if the application is refused?
We refund the package minus tuition already delivered and any fees already paid to the authorities, and we show you the breakdown. Refusals are uncommon on this route when the paperwork is right, but they happen, and no school can promise otherwise.
Do I actually have to attend the classes?
Yes. This is a real course at a real school and attendance is expected. It is also the thing that keeps the visa legitimate — Thai authorities have acted against schools that treated attendance as optional.
Can both parents do this?
The package covers one parent. Talk to us about a second place and we will price it for you.
Which school delivers the teaching?
A Ministry of Education accredited language school we work with. We will introduce you before you commit to anything, so you can ask them your own questions.
What if we leave Thailand partway through the year?
Tell us as early as you can. Tuition already delivered and fees already paid cannot be recovered, but we will do what we can with the remainder.
Is this connected to my child’s school fees?
No. It is a separate programme with a separate price, and school fees are unaffected either way.
